Copyright 1970. Made in Japan by Topper Toys. Cars and trucks are painted pressed steel with plastic wheels. All are free-wheeling but could also be made to run with special power unit motor sold separately. Toy sizes range from 4" long to 5.5" long. Includes: "Junk Pile" with parts that fall off as it goes, "Quick Change" which converts from pickup truck to surfer hot rod, "Ash Can" garbage truck with trash can bed lid that flaps up and down, "Sand Buggy", "Midget Racer", and "Hot Rod". Boxes are bright and Exc. Toys are NM. Great concept and design.
