Item Description
Each is c. 1920s painted wood. Butler is 1" thick 36" tall atop 9.5x10" base. Has two arms which hold recessed caddy for ashtray or drink including metal hook on underside. Dust soil and scattered paint wear. Overall aging. VG. Bellhop is 5/8" thick 29.25" tall atop 7.75" dia. base. Nicely made with brass tacks for buttons on front of shirt and separate oak tray with small turned handles to hold ashtray or drink. Scattered lt. wear with some dust soil but overall VG/Fine. Nicely designed pair for display. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
