Neck has text "Copr. Jon Arthur". Maker unknown. 10.75" tall stiff paper printed on front with full figure image of character Sparky from early Saturday morning kids radio show c. late 1940s. Neck, shoulders, waist and knees have metal rivets allowing character to be positioned several ways. Top of head has two die-cut holes as made. These were to run string through and hold to make puppet dance. Trace of lt. dust soil and tiny bit of edge wear but overall bright and Fine. Rare and first we've seen, in our 45 years. Nicely designed.
