Featuring art by Al Williamson and Frank Frazetta, this is the first issue of one of American Comics Group's best-selling titles. Lasting until 1967 when it was finally canceled with issue # 145, the title featured some of the best horror, supernatural and occasionally, science fiction work being done in the fifties. While its tone of its execution was certainly milder than similar titles being done over at EC or even DC, the book had a charm all its own. Among knowledgeable collectors, ACG Comics are a nice, hidden little niche of quality. The pages are off-white. The book is CGC-certified 9.0 (NM-). According to the CGC Census, this copy is the third highest graded copy they have seen.
