Item Description
This item is cataloged as Hake-Cleveland #3149. The pig is held to the light and viewing a tiny hole in its rear reveals a crisp black and white photo titled below "Benjamin Harrison." The pig is depicted as running and is fully three dimensional about .5x.5x1" long with a loop on the back to serve as a watch chain ornament. The metal is solid and very likely pewter. About 1/3 of the surface retains brass luster. This concept dates back to 1868 as we've seen one issued for Seymour and containing a photo of Grant. This anti-Harrison version is quite rare in our experience.
