One panel is instructions from Captain Midnight and other panels are largely illustrated uses for the two enclosed 5x7 sheets of glow-in-dark paper. Another panel pictures suggested use for Civil Defense insignias and yet another panel has small order coupon for additional glow sheets expiring July 1, 1942 from sponsor Ovaltine. Folder shows trace of paper residue on top edge from being stored outside envelope under gummed flap otherwise Exc. Sheets of glow-in-the-dark paper are unused but no longer glow. Exc.
