4x9-1/2" mailing envelope holding Quaker Cereal 1941 premium of handbook folder, Slidomatic Radio Decoder, Captain's Commission application paper, Mysto-Snapper w/safety pin built in as pictured on front of handbook, and first we've seen of paper announcing "Beginning Sept. 29th Orphan Annie And Captain Sparks Will Be Back On The Radio". Envelope has lt. aging and corner creases. Fine. Handbook is 8.5x11" opening to 11x34" sheet printed in rwb on both sides. One panel is "Secret Guard" membership certificate, other panels have busy design of pictorials and text including depiction of Mysto-Snapper signal clicker plus 17 other pictured and described premiums of assorted nature including folding wing plane and magnifying ring. Folder has fold lines as mailed. Certificate has been filled in by recipient. Fine. Decoder and Captain commision paper show lt. wear. VF. Radio announcement paper has .25x.25" area of missing surface paper. Tin litho Mysto-Snapper has a few paint nicks. Fine. From the Joe Gura Premium Collection.
