Item Description
The cover was created by the legendary Neal Adams. His highly individualistic style is evident on no less than eight of Marvel’s best heroes. Thor’s rallying cry is heard wide and far as the Avengers prepare to go head-to-head with the Fantastic Four. They seem to have been provoked by the image of the Thing holding an unconscious Vision by his cape. The Scarlet Witch is also lying lifeless on the ground. Of course, there is a slight chance that the Avengers are rushing in before they know the full details. This battle is so big that Marvel needed 52 pages to tell the story. The entire issue is also drawn by Adams. Other Avengers present in this issue include Captain America and Hawkeye. Stan Lee edited the content. The pages are off-white. The book is CGC-certified 9.0 (VF/NM).
