Likely the "Collection Of Buttons" referred to on the front were give aways featuring the company's designs for both Parker and Roosevelt during the 1904 campaign. From what we can tell Pulver was absorbed by Bastian Brothers the following year. Button's lower left side edge has hairline sliver of excess celluloid which shows only the very slightest bit from the front and the rest of the piece remains Mint as made.
