Item Description
Set of five soft cover books are each 6.75x8.5" with 32 bw pages of comic strip reprints issued in 1934. Titles and copyright dates are “Little Orphan Anne” 1926, “Reg’lar Fellers” 1928, “Smitty” 1928, “Harold Teen” 1931, and “ How Dick Tracy And Dick Tracy Jr. Caught The Racketeers” 1933. These soft covers are abbreviated versions of the hard cover editions. Covers have trace of lt. aging and dust soil. Harold Teen title has a few tiny color rubs on front and back covers. Fine/VF. Orphan Annie title has narrow 1" moisture mark at center top edge of back cover, otherwise covers on remaining four titles are VF. Orphan Annie title has loose center page. VF. Other four titles have VF/NM pgs. A nice set with wonderful specialty cover art by creators.
