Item Description
1930s. Sizes range from 9.5" tall to 16.5" tall. First two are solid cast plaster with built-in pipes. Largest one has hole for pipe but none present. Small figure with Popeye with arms crossed is Exc. Medium figure has scattered paint chips and dust soil. VG. Largest figure has a few tiny dots of missing color but otherwise VF. Nice variety of figures.
