5x5/8" tall with detailed painted features and metal pipe in mouth. He is holding a can of spinach but the text is somewhat illegible. 1930s. Maker unmarked, but possibly European. Moderate overall dust soiling, some aging but blends in. Fine. A scarcer figure.
