Whitman #2918 mid to late 1950s ©Walt Disney. 6.5x9.25x1.5" deep cardboard box has nice lid graphics with Mickey in rolling mining cart on tracks at treasure mine waving wand with series of books flying down from above. Box corners have color rubs with small bit of missing surface paper on three corners, otherwise VF. Contains complete set of eight soft cover books, each 4.5x6.25" with 32 nicely illustrated pages. Titles include "Mickey And The Beanstalk, Mickey Mouse's Summer Vacation, Donald Duck In Bringing Up The Boys, The Three Orphan Kittens, Danny The Little Black Lamb, Bongo, Johnny Appleseed". Also includes "Corky And White Shadow" which was a Mickey Mouse Club serial starring Darlene. Books are NM. Nice art throughout. Scarce set. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
