Titled "Minnie's House" and has 16 pages w/illustrations of Minnie building and decorating the house of her dreams. Includes full color example illustrations of the images to be colored as well as guide/instruction page that was meant to be cut-out, but all is unused/intact. Contents lightly tanned. Back cover has lt. vertical crease. Fine/VF. Scarce.
