Item Description
1930s. These Steiff dolls came in a variety of sizes and this 7" tall version. Stuffed felt doll w/oilcloth eyes and four mother-of-pearl pants buttons. Has cardboard tag attached to chest and button in ear w/fabric tag. Has string whiskers but as is typical, missing rubber tail. Underside of one foot has strong company markings. Slight trace of aging and slight fade to pants. Still an exceptional example, VF overall. From the Michael J. Stern Collection.
