Item Description
1.75x4.5x6.75" tall spring-loaded tin mechanical toy w/figure holding hammer to ring bell. This figure bears a resemblance to Happy Hooligan. When he is cocked and released, hammer hits anvil, yellow slide shoots up column to hit character at top who bears strong resemblance to Buster Brown. When character is hit, the ring in his hand flips to opposite side. German c. 1920. Surface dust but displays VF. Works Exc.
