3" tall die-cut like their product bottle of "Very Old Pure Rye." Front of the bottle shows their simulated product label with panel of text below attesting to its quality. The back celluloid cover has calendar for last four months of 1901 along with tiny text of maker name W&H and red text reading "Remember To Ask For Novena Rye/A Drink For Cultured Club Men." Interior has two blank cardboard sheets for making notes. These have a little all over general soil. The celluloid surfaces show some light age but no damage. Only example we've seen.
