Auction #203 - Part II
Item numbers 1429 through 3205 in auction 203
Item Description
Lot of three different card stock sheets each about 10x10". These are full uncut/unused sheets for toy instruments made by Noble & Cooley Co. in 1936. Images and instruments these were intended for are: Mickey playing a banjo, for a banjo; Mickey juggling next to Minnie, for a tambourine; Donald drumming next to Mickey, for a drum. Each would have been cut into the form of a circle and inserted into instrument frame/body. Each has lt. aging, margin handling wear. Fine w/Exc. images. While we have offered the instruments in past auctions, this is the first we have ever seen of any uncut sheets. Great pieces for framing.
