This item is from 1934, made by O.B. Andrews Company. This was produced in three sizes, two smaller scale replicas plus a large playhouse big enough for two children to play inside. This item is the smallest of the three sizes. House is comprised of die-cut cardboard pieces all of which come in the original illustrated cardboard envelope. Instructions are printed on the reverse. Env. has heavy edge wear with a 7" split. Aging, but front graphics remain strong w/great color. VG. House is complete and assembles to size of 11x15x13" tall. Front panel depicts Mickey and Minnie at windows, design includes die-cut doors and windows on the other three sides of the house. Pieces have light wear/bends on a few of the die-cut tabs as once assembled but all remains clean with just light aging. VF. A great display piece when assembled. Scarce.
