Item Description
8.75x14.25" thin cardboard sign promotes November 1926 issue of famous sci-fi pulp showing people scrambling on sinking boat with giant alien watercraft in background. Text promotes stories by H. G. Wells and Jules Verne. Surface has trace of lt. dust soil and sign has been mounted to sheet of textured mat board. Fine as mounted. Editor Hugo Gernsback started the magazine in April 1926 which makes this an early and historic sign for one of the greatest pulp titles. Wonderful for display with bright color.
