4.25” tall tin litho. 1930s by Ohio Art. Great wrap-around scene depicts Donald as a ship’s captain looking through a telescope at Mickey who is shown as an island castaway in tattered attire. The ship has Donald figurehead with title “Sir Donald Duck.” Comes with generic, but original as issued, 5.5” tall blue painted tin shovel which is VF. Variety with blue interior, handle is yellow with blue edges/underside (see next item #2410). Interior has very little wear. Outside has scattered small indents and some tiny paint nicks. Remains totally bright and glossy. Fine.
