3-1/8x5.75" with small aluminum tab holding the cello blotter cover over three sheets of absorbent cardboard. Some light penciling on the reverse of the back blotter. Cello is NM with gorgeous coloration. Issued by an insurance agent, notary public and justice of the peace in Lynn, Mass. Early 1900s and first we've seen.
