Item Description
1.25" with backpaper reading "J. Cogan & Son Men's Fine Shoes Boys' Stoneham, Mass." Backpaper has some creases but is extremely clean as is this beautifully designed button. Jennings served as manager of the Detroit Tigers 1907-1920. "E e-Yah" was his famed battle cry as the Tiger manager leading the team to three consecutive World Series appearances, although all were losing causes in 1907-1909. Celluloid is Exc. and displays Mint. We've seen only two other examples.
