Item Description
See previous item for a bit of additional background information. 1-3/8" dia. This heavy figural pass is designed like a baseball with blue enamel lettering and stitching. There is a small loop affixed along the top edge as issued. Front of the piece reads "Giants/Worlds Champions/1921-1922/Chas. H. Stoneham/Pres." The letter "C" of "Champions" has just a little surface loss of blue enamel but by and large all wear on the front of the piece is practically microscopic. Reverse has same maker mark as previous item "Lambert Bros. N.Y./Sterling." Hand engraved is the inscription "177/F.M. Jackson & One/1923."
