2-1/8" with W&H paper. Scene shows close up view of a single rower passing grandstands in the distance. Dated "August 9th to 12th 1916." A very rare local issue and one of only three seen. Perimeter has about a dozen mostly very faint tan marks largely under 1/16". Two a little darker stand out a bit more on the top rim edge but the piece still is gorgeous and with high gloss.
