Pair of pencils each about 5-5/16" long of very similar construction although on one the metal accents are in brass and on the other the accents are in silver. Brass example is marked "Everlast" on the clip while the silver example reads simply "Made in U.S.A." Each features an interior moving cylinder. On the brass example with the cylinder in place the text is "'Kilroy Was Here' Bill Regan/& Red Verga/Garden Spot Tavern/East Rutherford/RU: 2-9 666." When the pencil is titled the cylinder falls into the upper area of the pencil and reveals a clear plastic opening holding the full figure of an obviously pregnant woman in a green dress and standing with her hands behind her back. Working condition and Exc. The second pencil works on the same principle but the cylinder reads simply "Kilroy Was Here." When this pencil is titled revealed is the liquid filled clear plastic compartment containing a full figure pregnant woman in a red dress standing with her hands behind her back. Some of the red color on the figure is missing from her arms, breasts, and stomach so these areas are black in color. While this is the result of paint loss there are no paint flakes floating within the liquid as would be expected. The mechanical pencil part of each item functions properly.
