Mailer is 3.5x6.75" with just a few scattered creases from mailing. It holds a corrugated piece of cardboard that was wrapped around the brass ring with adjustable bands. Sides of the ring picture star and chevron designs while top has presidential-like eagle. Side panel of the ring top has pair of cutouts and inside holds a glass mirror cut on an angle so that when looking directly ahead whatever is at a right angle off to the side can be seen. The ring is NM with just four tiny marks of missing luster 1/16" or even smaller off one side. The rarest part of the package is the instruction sheet which fully opened is 4.5x7.25". This has printing on three sides. The side without any printing has some browning caused by the corrugated cardboard that was once resting against it for many years.
