Auction #182 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1499 in auction 182
Item Description
3.5x5". Margin date reads "JUN 68" but that is a processing date as RFK was killed June 5. We believe photo is from RFK campaign trip to Elmyra and Binghamton, N.Y. on March 22, six days after he announced for presidency. Public and police are in coats. RFK and Secret Service just in suit coats. Man at bottom right corner wears 3.5" button but details are too tiny to see. Exc. image of RFK, apparently standing on car trunk above all others smiling and waving.
