Item Description
1940s. 10.75x15.5" overall never folded thin cardboard. Box front area has nice image of Snap, Crackle and Pop and design for box back has 11 panel story #13 titled “Snap, Crackle And Pop They Make A Big Haul.....”. Storyline has children Jimmie and Joan eating breakfast and then deciding to go fishing in nearby pond. Joan drops her ring into the pond and a fish swallows it. Snap, Crackle and Pop show up and catch fireflies which the fish eat and then light up allowing Joan to see ring on inside of one fish. Story ends with children enjoying cereal which has Snap, Crackle and Pop sound effect. Flat has lt. overall age toning but otherwise VF/Exc. Nice art and design. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold, accompanied by a letter to that effect from Gordon Gold.
