Item Description
©Elvis Presley Enterprises printed text on underside. 8.75x12.25x6.5" deep paper covered cardboard with faux leather side accents, brass plated hardware and lock and hard plastic handle. Top lid and bottom section have tin litho edges and inside of case has vinyl lining with mirror attached to inside of lid top. Lid top has two closeup photos of Elvis with facsimile signature and lid top and front and back panels have repeat photos of full figure of Elvis singing with guitar from early concert performance. Lid top has a few lt. scuffs, bit of wear around edges with some oxidation on brass plated hardware, no key is present for lock. Inside vinyl lining is a bit worn around edges and board holding mirror has a pair of ink notes and pencil phone number as done by original owner. Overall Fine. Despite problems, a great early Elvis item. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
