The Superman-Tim joint venture ran from 1942 to 1950. This lot pre and post dates that run. .75" enamel on brass stud with threaded post and screw cap on back has nice image in center of Tim. c. 1929. Exc. and scarce. Six "Tim Magazine" booklets are each approx. 4-7/8x7" with twelve nicely illustrated pages including back cover ad for "Ober's Boys Shop" in Lawrence, Kansas. Dates are Nov. 1939, Oct. 1940, and May, June, July, and Nov. 1941. Contents include puzzles, games, and offer of code book-stamp album. Nov. 1939 has lead pencil scribbles on back cover, May 1941 issue has spine seam split and a few lead pencil notes inside, Nov. 1941 issue has a few small lead pencil marks on bottom of one page but group is otherwise Fine/VF. 2-3/8x3.75" membership card is c. early 1950s with space scene including rocket ship on front and code on back including rockets flying in air above futuristic city. Tiny trace of wear, otherwise unused and Fine. Wonderful assortment of Tim items through the years.
