Jerry Siegel stated for many years that his wife was the original model for Lois Lane. Blank right side of reverse has light color rub, card has faint bumps at corner tips but autograph area is clean and Exc. Comes with 4.25x6" autograph album page with nice fountain pen autograph in 3x4" area "To Bob - With Best Wishes - From Superman Joe Shuster". Lower left has ink stamp date of Feb 22 1946. Upper left blank area is missing .75x1.25" piece and blank margins are a bit yellowed with age but autograph itself is clean and Fine/VF. Signed while Shuster was still working for DC Comics and just getting involved with Superboy. Nice pair to mat and frame together from the creators of the most well known superhero character in history. Comes with Hake's COA.
