Item Description
Each is approximately 10.25x13 5/8" w/ page count ranging from eight to 16. Most are based on stage plays. All are c.teens. Includes two different varieties of “Mutt & Jeff In Panama”. One has front cover art by Creator Bud Fisher showing pair relaxing on Palm Tree Island w/ Mutt smoking cigar and Jeff having a drink. The other has art of Mutt & Jeff w/ pretty girls in wagon which crashes amongst palm fronds. Other titles include “Mutt & Jeff Songster” showing both of them smoking cigars, “ Mutt & Jeff’s Wedding” showing them both taking care of babies, “Mutt & Jeff Songster” showing them as college men holding pennants smoking cigarettes and pipes, “ Mutt & Jeff A Musical Comedy” w/ Mutt watching Jeff drive away w/ girl in convertible, and “Mutt & Jeff A Musical Comedy” w/ Jeff smoking cigar and having cocktails w/ attractive girl as Mutt eyeballs him. Some lt. handling creases here and there w/ a few small tears and a couple of seam splits. Overall group is VG/Fine. Nice graphics. An instant collection w/ some scarce examples.
