Item Description
13" tall, 9" from fingertip to fingertip. 1920s. Has overall professional restoration as these types of figures suffer from extensive surface crazing. Name on chest is re-done. Result is a fresh, Exc. appearance. Original tail remains intact. In 1928, a figure of this style was placed on a turntable to be used as a test shot for the first RCA television camera. The camera technicians made their adjustments for one of the earliest television broadcasts some months later. Great design and a beautiful figural Felix piece.
