8.5x11" handbill promotes speech on first anniversary of the Three Mile Island nuclear incident given at York College of Pennsylvania March 28, 1980. Paper has two folds and lower half of his photo is missing many tiny dots of surface paper giving "speckled" look. Comes with 5.25x7.25" matching glossy photo signed "George McGovern." Photo has same name printed on reverse margin. Photo is NM. From the Harry McLaughlin Collection. Comes with Hake's COA.
