4x6x3" tall to top of figure. 9.5" with pen in holder. c. 1950s. Painted metal stylized man wearing hat has glossy nut and bolt attached to shoulder. Marbleized plastic base. Original 7" long fountain pen. Paper tag on bottom with company name and man with bolt graphic. Nice design. Exc.
