4.25x6.75" overall by 1.25" thick. c. 1920s. Actual miniature leather sewn horse collar holds cardboard insert reading "Compliments/H.H. Bowman & Sons/Mfg. Harness/Full Line Horse/Equipment/Collar/Millsburg/R D 5/Ohio." Insert has reflective silver (somewhat dulled) finish and holds a working glass thermometer. Leather hanger loop at top is split. An interesting design. Overall Fine.
