Text reads: “Made To Measure Clothes Of Character $20.50 For Two Piece Suits Or Top Coats, Full Suit $23.50, Pants $7.75, America’s Finest All Wool Quality Guaranteed”. Very faint vertical dust streak at right side and a few small bits of missing surface paper at lower left corner, otherwise unused and VF. Bright color.
