Choice color 1.25" with his name depicted by means of a pictorial pink rose with leaves around it's stem inscribed "Velt." Many tiny and faint scuff lines on left, but just showing a bit in reflected light. Displays Mint with high gloss. Has backpaper naming W&H as maker, but also offering catalog from the producer H. Shure Co. of Chicago.
