1" with red rim edge surrounding white circle with dark blue lettering reading "Preparedness - Not For War - But For Peace." Center has beautiful color depiction of warship in ocean, figures of soldier and sailor from waist up and flowing rwb flag plus primitive airplane against both pale blue and white sky bkg. Reverse has W&H paper. Button has moderate surface wear showing only in reflected light. Design is clean and displays Exc. with perfect centering. Scarce. Comes with Hake's COA.
