Rim slogan reads "'O My Offense Is Rank And Smells To Heaven.'" Reverse of the piece reads around the outer edge "'The Great Fraud' Shammy The Shameless." Text at center reads "Cheats Uncle Sam On His Income Tax" surrounded by phrase "'The People Will Never Condone It.'" Front extreme rim edge has tiny areas both with a trifle excess metal as well as a few trifle spots of missing metal. This seems to be as the piece was struck. There is hardly any actual wear and the piece displays NM as made. Scarce.
