This item is for an event held the same location as item #339 but for the following year. Reverse has safety pin style fastener. Ribbon is 5" tall with gold text reading in full "Reception/Birthday Ball For The President/Lacey School Auditorium/Jan. 29, 1938." Reverse has paper sticker of maker in Boston "Universal Badge Co." Some light general wear but VF. Morry Greener Collection.
