Item Description
2-3/16". Unlisted in Hake. Reads "Come To The Coronation Of/King Dick I/Washington, D.C./January 19-20, 1973 A.D." This is one of only three examples known to us. It recently sold for $280 in an Anderson auction. This example has pair of 1/16" narrow cello splits on the reverse by the collet and these make just the tiniest bumps on the rim edge when viewed from the front. Also the white bkg. has very slight but all over hint of aging but none of the marks are very dark and the piece still displays glossy and VF. Possibly an issue by the Youth International Party (Yippies). Rare.
