Button is Hake #16 a 1" litho by Geraghty. Paint has a couple of pinpoints of wear but exceedingly minor and the piece displays glossy NM. Button is pinned on a 4.5" tall blue ribbon with white text "For Freedom And Humanity/Roosevelt And Wallace." Ribbon is essentially Mint.
