Item Description
1.75" button, U.S. made but with no maker's name or backpaper, picturing the leaders of the Northern Ireland unionist opposition to Irish Home Rule. Button is likely c. 1921 when Craig succeeded Edw. Carson as leader of the Ulster Unionist Party. In 1921 Craig became the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland. Exc. and displays Mint. Only example we've seen. Morry Greener Collection.
