Item Description
The 1" and 1.25" button are from the 1950s. The smaller shows women behind barbed wire with tanks in the bkg. and the text "500 Ukrainian Martyred Women." White bkg. has a little brown tone but no dark spotting. Light oxidation on the button's reverse. The next button in addition to the non-English text reads "1932-33-1953/Russian Genocide/In Ukraine/June 21, 1953/Newark, N.J." The design is in black befitting a memorial button and the text is surrounded by what seems to be barbed wire. Condition is Mint. Next is 2.5" button dated "1933-1983." In addition to the non-English text English text surrounding the skull reads "7,000,000 Ukrainians Killed By Russia-Made Famine." Condition is Mint. All three are rarely seen.
