Item Description
c.teens and 1920s. Four are tin litho and include: 9.5" tall “Wampum” made by Stone-Ordean-Wells Company, Duluth with image of Indian holding strip of wampum, 5.5" tall “Arrow” made by Atwood & Co. Minneapolis with image of Indian using bow and arrow, 6" tall “Franco-American” made by Young & Griffin New York with image of Indian in shield and 8.25" tall “Cafes Indiana” European tin with close-up profile of Indian on all four sides. Wampum and arrow tins have moderate to heavy wear and are VG, other two are Fine/VF. Next tin is 5.5" tall with paper label over tin for “Massasoit” made by Charles Brown Springfield Mass. with image of Indian along with plant leaves, and last is 6" tall cardboard with tin top “White Bear Brand” made by Durand & Kasper Chicago with image of polar bear. Labels have scattered lt. wear on each but both overall Fine. Nice group.
