2x6.25" celluloid over cardboard with metal frame on reverse. c. 1930s made by Atlas Sign & Nov. Company in Phila. Top has nice art image of young child wearing "Life Guard" bathing suit holding pail and scooping sand. Bottom text is for company's selling agents in NYC. Thermometer fluid is all the way to the top, trace of lt. aging but overall VF.
