Item Description
c. 1930s-1950s. Sizes range from 3.75x3.75" to 5x6". Several are die-cut including Valentine card showing little boy wearing top hat and spats along with diaper with slotted tab at right which likely held candy. Two cards are mechanical and include young angel and boy eating watermelon. Other images include cook making anniversary cake, boy in outhouse, boy admiring chicken, and four get well cards including one with man saying "Is Yo Sick? I'm Sendin' This Yar Basket Full Of Voodoos Jest To-Hoodoo All This Illness Out Of You" as he holds rabbit foot in left hand his basket holds four leaf clover, horseshoe and swastikas, an Indian good luck symbol; pre Nazi Germany. Trace of lt. aging with a few minor creases here and there but overall group is Fine/VF. An instant starter collection.
