3.5x5-3/8" c. 1941 issued in conjunction with Universal movie serial. Card is No.906 and has image of Green Hornet wearing mask and holding gun with text "The Green Hornet Strikes Again Adventure Club/This Certifies That: (name space) Is A Member Of My Club And Entitled To All Benefits And Privileges The Green Hornet". Original member has signed her name in lead pencil in proper place. Left side has number section to punch for use. Text across bottom reads "Bring This Card With You Each Saturday Matinee At The Wicomico Theater". Card has lt. dust soil with vertical crease through center and a few other lt. handing creases with tiny bit of paper gone at top right side margin edge. VG. Unpunched.
